We want you to be completely satisfied with your Panta Props order.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original condition.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@pantaprops.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unused and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized prop orders.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@pantaprops.com and we'll make it right.
